Why Decidedly?

Because we have a choice. And we choose to make diversity a part of everything we do, ingrained in every aspect of our enterprise and inspiring every service we provide.

Our diversity goals are reflected in our recruiting, both internally and for our clients, and in our compensation and incentive structure.

Through our 501(c)(3), Pride in Education, we take on many of the widespread challenges in our industry and society. And through our Diversified Staffing Alliance (DSA) trade association, we will help address obstacles that disproportionately affect people and companies of diverse backgrounds.

We, together, will make a difference.
